A Weekend That Shapes the Lawyer You’re Becoming About the ProgramPhi Alpha Delta’s Growing Our Leadership Diversity (G.O.L.D.) Program started as a mentoring initiative, but has been reimagined as a high-impact, in-person leadership weekend that immerses law students from diverse backgrounds in transformational learning, professional development, and community building. The G.O.L.D. Program is intentionally crafted to help students:
Apply To qualify, you must: (1)Be a P.A.D. law student member in good standing; (2) Be currently enrolled in law school; (3) Not be scheduled to graduate prior to May 2026; (4) Submit the application below with a copy of your transcript (unofficial copies accepted); (5) Be available to attend the in-person experience from March 27-29, 2026 in Indianapolis, IN.
